Youngistaan (2014)

Youngistaan is a Bollywood film directed by Syed Ahmad Afzal released on 28 March 2014. It stars Jackky Bhagnani, Neha Sharma, Farooq Sheikh and Kayoze Irani in lead roles. The film is a love story set against the backdrop of Indian politics. The first trailer of Youngistaan was unveiled at a suburban multiplex in Mumbai on 1 February 2014. Farooq Shaikh died on 27 December 2013. Thus Youngistaan is the last film he acted in.

The film was believed to be a remake of Rana Daggubati's 2010 Telugu film 'Leader' written and directed by Sekhar Kammula, but it turned out to be false.

The movie got mixed to positive review from critics.

Dishkiyaoon (2014)

Dishkiyaoon is an Bollywood crime action film directed by debutant Sanamjit Singh Talwar, and produced by Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra along with Eros International. The film features Sunny Deol, Harman Baweja and debutant Ayesha Khanna in lead roles apparently. The film is based upon the Mumbai underworld.[1] Earlier supposed to be released on 10 January 2014, the film was delayed and released on 28th March 2014. Kahaani (2012)

The film opens with a poison-gas attack on a Kolkata Metro Rail compartment, killing the passengers on board. Two years later Vidya Bagchi (Vidya Balan), a pregnant software engineer, arrives in Kolkata from London during the Durga Puja festivities in search of her missing husband, Arnab Bagchi. A police officer, Satyoki "Rana" Sinha (Parambrata Chatterjee), offers to help. Although Vidya claims that Arnab went to Kolkata on an assignment for the National Data Center (NDC), initial investigations suggest that no such person was employed by the NDC.

Agnes D'Mello, the NDC's head of human resources, suggests to Vidya that her husband resembled former employee Milan Damji (Indraneil Sengupta), whose file is probably kept in the old NDC office. Before Agnes can provide any further help she is killed by Bob Biswas (Saswata Chatterjee), an assassin working undercover as a life insurance agent. Vidya and Rana break into the NDC office and find Damji's file, barely escaping an encounter with Bob, who is searching for the same information. Meanwhile, the attempts to obtain Damji's records have attracted the attention of two Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials in Delhi � the chief Bhaskaran K. (Dhritiman Chatterjee) and his deputy Khan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui). Khan arrives in Kolkata and reveals that Damji was a rogue IB agent responsible for the poison-gas attack. In spite of Khan's warnings, Vidya continues her search, fearing that Arnab's resemblance to Damji may have led him into trouble.

Rockstar (2011)

The film opens up by showing a large crowd outside the Verona Arena, Italy, with eager fans queuing for the rock concert of Jordan (Ranbir Kapoor). Jordan, who was being attacked by thugs moments ago, manages to escape and reach the arena. He shows a complete disregard for his fans, storms onto the stage in a fit of rage and starts strumming his guitar.

A flashback shows the story of Jordan, when he was Janardhan Jhakar a.k.a. JJ, a simple Haryanvi Jat from, Delhi, a student in Hindu College who dreams of becoming a big star and gets laughed at by his friends for that. Khatana, a canteen owner (Kumud Mishra), tells him that the only way melody can be produced is by undergoing trauma via a heartbreak. Janardhan jokingly tells himself that since he hasn't seen bad times, he hasn't been able to reach his idol's (Jim Morrison) level of fame. He goes to the performance of Heer Kaul (Nargis Fakhri), one of the girls in St. Stephens College, and overhears that she is the "perfect heartbreaking machine". Instantly deciding to propose to her, he suffers humiliation, which he deciphers as the perfect method for receiving the "heart-break" and the key to "fame". However, they both become good friends, hanging out together and doing things like drinking desi liquor and watching a B-grade Hindi film called "Junglee Jawaani"
